With the recent summery weather we have had an influx of motorbike panels.
These came in peppered with stone chips picked up on a track day. After the necessary repairs were made the black base coat was applied and blended into the existing black section and then the entire panel was lacquered to produce an invisible repair.
This tank was part of a set taken from a 16 year old bike. We had to strip off layers of rattle can paint to eventually expose the original stickers that had been lacquered in. After stripping the tank right back we were able to apply a deep black gloss.
